Your Domain - How to Set Up Your One Page Web Site
Registered a domain but not doing anything with it? Don't let your domain name just sit there. You get a free one-page web site (or "business card web page") with every domain registration, and you don't need any specialized technical or HTML knowledge to set it up. The easy to follow template allows you to add your contact information, text, a graphic, three links and choose from one of eight background designs. Here is a step-by-step guide:
- Enter the login area
- Click "Additional Services"
- Click the "New Service" drop down menu by clicking the arrow
- Choose "Business Card Webpage"
- Click "Save"
- Click the "Edit Webpage Button".
WebPage Editor: Simply fill in the form with the information you would like to see on your web site. Next, choose a background, upload an image or graphic, and insert relevant links.
Select the "Preview" option to see what your new web page will look like.
When you've got your web page just the way you want it, select "Create Webpage." Your web page will be live on the Web within 24 hours.
Made a mistake or want to make a small change? Simply go back to "Additional Services" and click "Edit Webpage" to make any modifications to your page.
